Tony DiMaggio
Tony DiMaggio is a professor of Political Science at Lehigh University. He is married to fellow Rising Roots teacher Mary DiMaggio, and dad to Frankie 13, Tommy 8 and baby Elizabeth.
Tony is proficient in American Government, progressive politics, and activism. He has written several books and enjoys writing about politics for online sites such as Counterpunch, Truthout, and Salon.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with his family. He is very excited to work with the young adults of Rising Roots and have discussions about current and historical politics.
