Cooking Around the World (4th-6th grade)
Description
Teacher: Eleanor Delewski
Each week we will cook a recipe from a different country. We will start with an introduction to the country and learn some basic geography facts about our ‘destination’. While we are cooking we will learn some phrases in the primary language from the county of the week and listen to some local music. After we prepare a meal we will read a story book from our country of the week together. Each child will have a meal to take with them at the end of class.
