For the first half of the semester we will be learning 2 watercolor techniques and applying those techniques to simple small paintings. The 2nd half of the semester, we will use the techniques learned for more detailed and advanced paintings.


Supply cost: $45


Supplies needed: 1. a container for water (cutting the bottom of a 2 liter soda bottle is great, because it doesn't tip) 2. if you have a blow dryer at home, please bring to class (do not buy one if you don't have on hand) 3. a rag to wipe brushes


Prerequisites: A positive and encouraging attitude
