Description

Teacher: Stacie Yocum


Take some time in nature! Students will start each class by observing and journaling the nature experience at Rising Roots before moving into gently guided explorations using illustrations and real life objects found in nature. We'll explore seasons, weather, life cycles, habitats, and more as a class to grow an understanding and appreciation of the wild world around us!


Supply cost: $5


Supplies needed: Sketch pad, pencil, colored pencils and/or water color paints.


Prerequisites: None


Note: Students will be going outside at the start of each class, rain or shine. Please be sure children are sent with appropriate exploring attire for weather and conditions!
